The shipping took way too long, like, much later than I expected. It just didn’t feel reliable — I wouldn’t count on it arriving on time...

The navigation was confusing, and I had a hard time finding anything useful. The product info felt really incomplete too, like, I kept looking for basic details and they just weren’t there.

The site was fine to use, but it said the item was available and then it ended up on backorder. Support did give me an update once I reached out, so that was okay. The annoying part was all the aggressive reminders I kept getting, especially when the order wasn’t even moving along. Overall, not terrible, but definitely frustrating

This was really disappointing. It felt cheap straight away and broke after just two days of use. I also had to keep chasing them to get any kind of response about it, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I reached out about the warranty or a replacement, thinking they’d do the right thing, but it turned into them asking the same questions over and over and then eventually just not replying. No clear answer, no replacement, no real accountability. To me, a warranty should mean something when a customer actually needs help, not just look good on paper. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I wasn’t really impressed. The colors were, uh, kind of dull, and a lot of the styles looked way too similar to each other. I was hoping to find something a little more unique, but the selection felt limited. I couldn’t really find anything I was excited about, so for me it just wasn’t worth spending much time browsing.

The order status barely updated the whole time, and the tracking info was just weird. I couldn’t really tell where my package was or what was going on.

The box was crushed on one side, not just a small dent but enough that you could tell it had taken a hit somewhere along the way. When I opened it, there was barely any padding inside, so the items didn’t really seem protected at all. A couple of them had scuff marks, which made it look like they had been sliding around in the box during shipping. I get that packages can get handled roughly in transit, but it felt like this could have been avoided with better packing. Overall, I wasn’t happy with how it arrived and it just felt kind of careless...

I don’t know, the whole site just feels kind of clunky to me. Pages load in a weird way, and some of the buttons don’t seem to work like they should. My gut feeling is that it needs a bit more polishing before it’s really smooth to use.

For me personally, sidiocrate.com doesn’t give enough details to feel comfortable. I’d want to see clear owner information, contact details, and actual policies before I’d even think about trusting it. Without that stuff, it just feels a bit risky to me.

It’s been a few weeks now and I’m still waiting for my refund to show up. I figured it would’ve been handled by now, but... yeah, nothing yet.

So, yeah, my order ended up arriving late, and when it finally got here, it was kind of frustrating because a bunch of the items were missing and some of what I did get was just wrong. Like, I was expecting my full order, obviously, but it felt like only half of it showed up.

It also kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving, like every time I thought I knew what needed to happen, there was suddenly another step or a different answer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slow and frustrating.

I picked this up as a gift thinking it would be kind of fun, but it didn’t really go over the way I hoped, haha.

The person I gave it to seemed more confused than excited, so the whole moment felt a little awkward. It just didn’t feel like something I’d call super giftable.
Maybe it would work better for someone else, but for me it was definitely a miss. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered my usual size, but it was way too tight and looked nothing like what I expected from the pictures. The return process is also more of a hassle than it should be. I’m really disappointed, and I’d expect some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I ordered from sidiocrate.com and the item ended up being the wrong size, so I tried to exchange it. The return instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to email more than once just to figure out what I was supposed to do next.
They did get back to me eventually, but the answers weren’t always consistent, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. It got sorted in the end, but returns really shouldn’t take that much chasing. Not sure I’d order from them again.

The crate itself is solid and does what I need, but I wish the accessory options were a little easier to figure out. A couple attachments I already had didnt fit quite right, so I had to double check the sizes before ordering anything else. Its not a bad setup at all, just kind of annoying if youre trying to use parts from other brands
